Each of HostGlobe’s Web hosting plans carries a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with our services within the first 30 days of your contract, you will be given a full refund of the contract amount excluding mandatory setup fees and overages.

Setup fees are also refundable if one of the following criteria are met: (1) the account order is canceled prior to activation; or (2) the ordered domain name was not available.

For your protection, all cancellations must be received in writing. Postal mail and fax notifications are acceptable. Phone and e-mail requests will not constitute acceptance of any cancellation. Unfortunately, there are no refunds on dedicated server plans, co-located server plans, or for incremental services.
